The design of the whole estate has been created from the concept of a love of nature with inspiration from the immensely beautiful and majestic surroundings of the Cairngorms National Park, at the heart and with high quality evident throughout the whole estate.
Mansion House Rooms

We have a range of executive Double and King rooms within the main building.
The Minister's Study:
A front facing double bed with a large shower room. Located on the first floor of The Georgian Wing, this is a very private room.
The Governess’s Quarters:
A cosy King size and has a beautiful large bathroom with double vanity, freestanding bath and separate shower.
The Bothy:
A double double, ideal for families located at the rear of the property.
The Walled Garden Rooms

Our latest development at The Old Manse of Blair is ten luxury Walled Garden rooms all designed in a botanical theme in keeping with the nature and setting here in the Cairngorms National Park.
All Walled Garden rooms have private entrances with a patio area and open countryside views. These rooms all have Super King size beds which can also become twin on request, a seating area and luxury wet room.
The Stables in the Courtyard
The Stables Snugs
The Old Wooden Stable Block beside the courtyard has been converted and is a brand new offering here at The Old Manse of Blair. Choose from one of our small cosy snug rooms, of which are all named after local places; Atholl, Blair, Rannoch & Struan, or our Stables Suite, Schiehallion.
You will find beautiful detail in the design, a nod to its history with bespoke drapes and cushions depicting the building's original equestrian roots.
Luxurious Bedrooms

Our Estate Suite (Super King size bed) and The Paddock (King size) are large bedrooms, front facing on the first floor with glorious views over the paddocks and surrounding countryside.
These rooms have very large bathrooms, complete with rainfall showers and free-standing baths. Complimentary Siabann products are available in all our bathrooms, along with dressing gowns and slippers. Nespresso machines are provided in all bedrooms. You will also find satellite TV in each bedroom and Wifi.

Dog Friendly Hotel in Perthshire
Four-legged Friends are welcome
We accept dogs in some rooms depending on size and breed. A nightly charge of £30 applies per dog. All the dog friendly rooms have direct access outside and are on a ground floor position. Dogs are not permitted in the public spaces within the main building or the restaurant and must not be left unattended in rooms at any time. However, dogs are welcome in the Courtyard if you are dining alfresco (weather permitting).
The Georgian Suite, The Ticket Office and The Stables Suite can accommodate two dogs.
