A bespoke table made by local craftsmen, from a very special Scottish Oak tree which fell in Diana’s grove at nearby Blair Castle, is the centre piece of the dining room. A fine setting for a feast, this fabulous dining room, makes a perfect atmospheric backdrop for dinner, that special celebratory event, corporate board meeting or private dining experience. Now adjoining, the newly opened, The Orangery, restaurant also offers lunch, afternoon tea and dinner for non residents with a courtyard for alfresco dining too!
You’ll find a specially commissioned portrait of Robert Burns, together with a verse from the poem, Patriotism, Burns penned at the nearby Falls of Bruar in 1787 hanging in the dining room. A walk to the Falls is a must, get swept up in the romance of the Highlands and create some special memories. Wander back and enjoy a lunch or special dinner in The Orangery restaurant.
